Rental conditions

Valid from 1/6/2026

These rental conditions specify the rules for using the Peugeot Boxer L3H2 vehicle within the ZUUNO service. By accepting them, the customer confirms that he has familiarized himself with them and agrees with them before completing the reservation.

1. Eligibility of the driver

The vehicle may only be driven by the customer whose name appears on the reservation, provided that he/she meets all of the conditions below:

  • Age min. 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license group B (or higher) for at least 2 years
  • Eligibility to drive a motor vehicle (not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other narcotic substances)

Renting a vehicle to a person other than the person listed in the reservation is strictly prohibited.

2. Vehicle collection using PIN

The vehicle is picked up without operator assistance. After payment, the customer will receive a PIN code for the key box and the exact address of the vehicle parking by e-mail.

The customer is obliged to:

  • Check the external condition of the vehicle (paint, glass, tires) before departure
  • Check the fuel level and record it
  • Report any previous damage to the photo documentation operator at hello@zuuno.co before departure

By taking over the vehicle (leaving the parking lot), the customer confirms its condition and assumes full responsibility for it.

3. Permitted Use

The vehicle is intended for transporting cargo or people for personal (non-commercial) needs within the Czech Republic and EU countries. The customer may not use the vehicle:

  • To transport dangerous, explosive or illegal cargo
  • As a means of payment (taxi, delivery, courier, etc.) without prior consent
  • On race tracks, off-road surfaces or off-road
  • The customer is not allowed to sublet the vehicle to third parties

Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, a disinfection fee of CZK 2,000 will be charged.

4. Fuels

The vehicle is equipped with a diesel engine. The customer is obliged to refuel exclusively with diesel fuel. Refueling with the wrong fuel (AdBlue, gasoline) is considered to cause damage and the cost of repair is fully borne by the customer.

The vehicle must be returned with at least the same amount of fuel it had when it was taken over. Failure to fill up the fuel will be billed from the advance according to the current price of diesel + flat-rate handling fee of CZK 200.

5. Insurance and deductibles

The vehicle is covered by statutory liability insurance for damage caused to third parties (POV/MTPL). Accident insurance and theft insurance are not part of the rental.

In the event of a traffic accident or damage to the vehicle, the customer bears full responsibility for the damage up to the amount of the deposit (CZK 5,000). The customer is obliged to pay the full amount for damages exceeding the deposit.

6. Return of the vehicle

The customer is obliged to return the vehicle to the original parking spot no later than the time of termination of the rental specified in the confirmation e-mail. Return procedure:

  • Park the vehicle in its original location
  • Make sure all windows and doors are closed
  • Return the key to the box and lock the PIN box
  • Make sure the vehicle is locked

Delayed return without prior agreement will be charged at the rate of CZK 290 for each hour started. The operator is entitled to deduct this amount from the deposit.

7. Technical failure and accident

In the event of a technical failure or accident, the customer is obliged to:

  • Contact the operator immediately at +420 721 930 256
  • In the event of an accident, call the Police of the Czech Republic and make an accident report
  • Do not carry out repairs yourself without the consent of the operator
  • Send photo documentation of damage to hello@zuuno.co as soon as possible

8. Violation of Terms

The operator reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental without the right to refund the price in the event of a serious violation of these conditions (driving under the influence, illegal use, subletting, etc.). In such a case, the customer is obliged to return the vehicle immediately at his own expense.
